Relieve Your Low Back Pain

A Free, 60 Day Study

After our initial low back pain program saw 84% of participants significantly improve their low back pain and 90% report higher confidence in managing their low back pain, we’re running one last free low back study. We are looking for 100 participants to join.

This 60-day study is for anyone struggling with low back discomfort or pain — whether you’re sitting at a desk, on your feet all day, recovering postpartum, or constantly on the move. Our low back program delivers simple, personalized movement sessions only 5 minutes in length. You'll complete them through our easy-to-use app designed to help reduce pain and improve how your body moves and feels.

If you're interested, please complete the intake form below to determine if you're a good fit for the study (please share with anyone in your network)! Once you've filled out the form, we'll contact you with details regarding how to get started, joining our kickoff call, and moving for 5 minutes a day throughout the study.

Completing this one month study will require you to download the movr app, create an account, and engage with it 2-3 times a week (for 5-10 minutes at a time). Does this sound achievable for you?
